Carbon gouging rods are used for metal removal at fast rates with low power consumption. Generally used to remove welding defects, excess welds and foundry risers from cast products. Our carbon gouging rods are precisely machined and manufactured in state of the art facilities.

 Pointed carbon gouging rods are energy efficient and cost competitive, some operators prefer these rods due to the positive holding of a gouging rod in the electrode holder leading to less splatter in manual applications.
