We use 3-D CAD to produce the complete assembly, break it down into the individual components – THEN – just for good measure, reassurance and minor adjustments – manufacture the part in plywood.
Once everyone is happy – then… give the go-ahead – to machine the carbon fibre composite (CFC) boards using our fleet of CNC mills.
