Coidan Graphite Products provide the full range of services a vacuum furnace user expects – our state of the art machine shop can manufacture spare parts overnight - we cannot promise this on all occasions but we do our utmost to minimise downtime in the event of a breakdown.

Our machine shop is ready to supply spare parts on a fast turnaround to keep your vacuum furnace operational,  we have large stocks of carbon and graphite insulation boards enabling us to minimise your furnace downtime.

An advantage using us over standard furnace refurbishers is access to our stocks and machine shop – we have many customers who use us for the speed of service – your furnace will not be kept offline waiting for a essential but low value component to be manufactured – we appreciate that a furnace is not earning unless it is heat treating

To compliment this bespoke manufacturing of  bespoke vacuum furnace parts we are agents for Seco Warwick (the most prominent European furnace provider) offering their range of vacuum and atmosphere furnaces for all applications  -- Seco Warwick offers vacuum heat treating furnaces for hardening, tempering, annealing, solution heat treating, brazing, sintering, carburising, carbonitriding, high vacuum, CVD–graphitizing and degassing.  SECO/WARWICK has built some of the largest and technically advanced vacuum furnaces in operation today, developing advanced technologies like Universal HPQ™ (High Pressure Quench), PreNit® & FineCarb® LPC vacuum carburizing, fully automated control systems and modeling software. Vacuum furnace configurations are available for vertical, horizontal and elevator style furnaces. Both cylindrical and rectangular hot zones with metallic or graphite heating elements are available.

In addition Coidan Graphite can repair, refurbish complete hot zones and/or supply a fully refurbished second hand vacuum furnace for those who cannot wait for a new furnace to be built.
